- Make Adjustments to Your Car Before Driving: adjust your seat and mirrors, set up your Bluetooth music, and get your destination address into your GPS before you start driving. This will help you focus on the road and not what is going on inside the car.
- Secure Your Belongings: make sure that your belongings are securely stored or placed somewhere safe so you aren't tempted to reach for them if they fall on the floor or roll under a seat.
